Lufer AI is a solo-founder business based in Palm Coast, Florida, USA. This policy describes, in plain language, what personal data this website collects and what happens to it.
What we collect
- Contact and quote requests. When you submit your name,
email address, or a message — through the contact form, the chat
assistant, or the
/mcpagent interface — we store that information in our database and receive it by email so we can respond. - Chat conversations. Messages you send to the on-site assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API (proxied through Cloudflare AI Gateway) to generate a response. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default. We do not store chat transcripts unless you explicitly submit contact details through the conversation.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site and to enforce security controls (rate limiting, WAF). We do not run analytics trackers and we do not set cookies.
Who processes it
Three service providers handle data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database, AI Gateway), Anthropic (chat responses), and Resend (transactional email). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Retention and your rights
Lead records are kept while a conversation or engagement is active. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected] — we handle every request directly, and deletion requests are honored without conditions.
