No. Everything we ship is additive. Your HTML routes stay identical; we add machine-readable siblings (.md, .well-known, Link headers).
Rarely. We can sit in front of your existing site as a Cloudflare Worker, adding headers and markdown negotiation without touching your origin. Full rebuild only if you want the chat agent integrated.
Today, Lufer AI's MCP tools capture leads, book calls, and hand off to your existing payment flow (Stripe Checkout link, booking system, or your own form). Agentic payment rails (x402, UCP, ACP) are on our roadmap, not shipped in V1. If you need agent-native payments now, ask about custom engineering.
